Oh man, the location is a foodie’s dream! Just a hop away from Yakitoro for killer skewers and El Tigre for delicious tapas. Plus, the self-check-in made life easy! My room was surprisingly spacious for the area, too.

    stained sheets
    noisy street

I almost wrote a nice review, but the noise from the street was beyond belief and my bed sheets had stains. Plus, don’t expect a welcome gift or even a complimentary upgrade for enduring such nonsense.

    self check-in
    noise disturbances
    poor maintenance

Convenient self check-in process for easy access.

My stay at Jardines Boutique Hotel was quite disappointing. The noise from the street was unbearable, making it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally, one of the light bulbs in my room was out, and it took too long for maintenance to address it, which was frustrating. Despite having a decent location, the constant disturbances really overshadowed any positives during my stay.

    comfortable bed
    friendly staff
    daily cleaning
    noise intrusion

The location near Gran Via is fantastic. I enjoyed the daily room cleaning, with fresh towels and made beds, which added a nice touch to my stay. The memory foam bed was very comfortable, making it easier to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Staff interactions were also positive, especially with Leo, who was welcoming and attentive. On the downside, the room lacked direct sunlight, which created a bit of an uninviting atmosphere. I noticed that the internal walls were thin, so I could hear noise from neighboring rooms. The lack of soundproofing made it difficult to fully unwind at times.

    smooth check-in
    beautiful parks
    poor soundproofing

Staying here with my large family and our three dogs was quite enjoyable. The self check-in made everything smooth, and the kids loved that we were just a short walk from beautiful parks where they could run around. The manager, Alvaro, really went the extra mile to ensure we had what we needed.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great to have better soundproofing.

    comfortable bed

    Couple seeking comfort

The stay was decent, the bed was comfortable and the place was clean, which was a relief after a long day. The highlight was the ease of self check-in and check-out-made it simple to drop bags and head out without delay.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still tolerable for what we got.

    thin walls

The manager was incredibly welcoming, making sure all my needs were met, and the daily room cleaning was a lovely touch. I really enjoyed relaxing by the cozy lounge area and the rooftop terrace was nice for catching some sun. The walls could be a bit thin, but honestly, it didn’t ruin my experience at all, just something to be aware of. 😊
